We offer a wide variety of menu selections and can cater throughout your entire day. From a small business breakfast, to a working buffet lunch, to a cocktail reception and plated dinner; we have the menu for you. We also offer assorted food trays, boxed meals and environmentally friendly take-out containers.  
 
If you have a smaller group may we suggest the “chef’s choice” selection – a menu built around that days catering orders.

Whether you’re putting together a hot breakfast, drop-off continental breakfast, board room lunch meeting, catered corporate picnic, or a special reception for your clients …we will carefully design our catering menus to suit all of your needs.

Station #4

  • Chopped Maurice Salad – created by JL Hudson’s chef
  • Mushroom Perogie – mustard sauce
  • “Coney Dog” – cocktail party version – bread cup filled with hot dog slice, coney sauce and minced onions – ketchup and mustard squeezie bottles

Station #5 - Dessert

  • Kellogg’s Corn Flakes – chocolate and Velvet peanut butter bar “bites”
  • Mini Floats – made with Faygo soda and Guernsey ice cream/Vernor’s
  • Detroit Popcorn – cones filled with caramel corn
